Privacy Policy

LiftCity ("we") runs liftcity.us (also liftcity.netlify.app), a free strength leaderboard. This page explains what we collect and why. Contact: xkasym4.4@gmail.com.

What we collect

• What you enter: your Instagram handle, sex, bodyweight, bench/squat/deadlift numbers, unit (lb/kg), city, home gym, and optionally your age.
• Account info: if you sign in with Google or email, we get your email address (and your name from Google) so you can use the same card on any device.
• Proof links: if you submit a link to a lift video, we store that link.
• Basic usage events (for example "card created", "card shared") to improve the site. No ad trackers.

What is public

Your handle, lifts, bodyweight, DOTS score, tier, city, gym, age group (19 and up only), verification status, proof link and streak count are shown on leaderboards, your public card page and in The Gym. Your email, exact age and training days are never shown publicly. A photo you add to your card is stored with your card and shown on it; remove it any time on the Me page.

We count simple usage events (which page was opened, card made, card shared, checkout started) with your card's account id, to see what works. No ad trackers, nothing shared or sold.

How we use it

• To rank you and show your card.
• To let you sign in on other devices.
• To check suspicious numbers (we may contact you by email or Instagram to verify a lift).

We don't sell your data and don't share it with advertisers.

Where it's stored

Data is stored with Supabase (database and sign-in) and the site is hosted by Netlify. Payments, when offered, are handled by Stripe; we never see your card number.

Your choices

• Edit your numbers any time on the site.
• To delete your card and account, email us from the address on your account or DM @lift_city_ on Instagram, and we'll delete it within 7 days.

Age

LiftCity is for people 13 and older. If you're under 13, don't use it. If we learn a user is under 13, we delete their data.

If this policy changes, we'll update the date above.
